Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selections
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color variations due to screen displays

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
